What a crying shame! I just received my large harness and despite checking the reviews and ordering a size larger for my medium-sized dog, the harness is just a bit too small to be comfortable for her. Even with the straps released as far as they can go, the section that goes around her torso is a half inch too tight. I've had to return it and as the next size up is nearly double price of the large, won't be replacing it with the same brand via Amazon. It's lovely quality too. :(Generally I was pleased with this harness. It appears well made and is certainly sturdy. The thing where it fails is the one part which cannot be adjusted, the hole which slips over my extra small puppy terrier’s head. This hole is out of proportion with the rest of the harness, which is a perfect fit. Unfortunately, if I exchanged if for the next size up, the rest of the harness would be too big. Over the past two weeks I have tried to stretch the hole and now it can be forced over his head and appears comfortable once it’s on. I just hope it won’t shrink in the rain.This is such good quality. I bought a M for my french bulldog puppy, it fit his body but as frenchies have a large head he'd outgrown it. The large fits him perfectly (for now, he's a muscley boy, 8 months and 12.15kg!!).The fabric is soft and padded, the adjustable straps are great. There is nothing I would change about this harness at all. I love the brand and got a matching lead as well when I originally bought the set at the Dog Fest in the summer. I cannot recommend this product enough and the quality is second to none! Some harness' out there charge more and are rubbish quality.Good harness but not the right fit for my Border Collie x Lab pup. The large is too big and loose around the neck when she walks/moves. The size down (medium) is way too small, can hardly get it over her head! Both returning sadly else would have been great.Zum Glück habe ich die Rezensionen vor der Bestellung gelesen. Mein Jack Russell Terrier hat einen Brustumfang von höchstens 52 cm. Nach der Hunter-Tabelle hätte ich das Geschirr in der Größe S (45 - 57 cm) kaufen müssen. Ich habe den Empfehlungen hier folgend jedoch die Größe M (53 - 65 cm) bestellt.Und das Geschirr sitzt perfekt, nichts hängt lose herum oder schlabbert.Dabei könnte das Geschirr an der Brust und der Riemen unter dem Bauch sogar noch kürzer gezurrt werden. Der Kopf passt gerade noch so durch den nicht verstellbaren Durchschlupf. Falls bei der Größe S dieser entsprechend kleiner ist als bei M hätte ich wohl Probleme bekommen, den Kopf meines vor dem Gassigehen manchmal ungeduldigen JRT durchzuquetschen.Ich halte es außerdem für einen Vorteil, dass die Nylonriemen bei der Größe M 2 cm und nicht nur 1, 5 cm breit sind.Mein JRT ist nun sehr stolz, dass der nach der Größen M kein kleiner sondern ein mittelgroßer Hund ist :)Zum Geschirr selbst kann ich nach einem Tag und 2 Gassirunden nur sagen, dass es weich gepolstert und fehlerfrei verarbeitet ist. Mein Hund hat nicht versucht es abzuschütteln und war anscheinend auch sehr zufrieden.
