This collar is excellent and exactly what we need to give our pups freedom out in the country. We have had this collar for 3 months now and it has been working great, also we have a doggy door and so far have not had any issues with leaving it on them to go in and out. We have designer breed mutts... 100lbs and 50lbs.1) Custom service is truly great!2) This was so easy to set up. The only issue we had was setting the center point while having the memory function on, it kept beeping. You need to set the center point then the memory function. Customer service helped me figure it out.3) Works in the woods, in a deep valley! It is picking up enough satellites, even when I set it up directly underneath the trees.4) The Battery life is far superior, it lasts several days without a charge. The other one we have needs charged every night, this one seems to last at least 4-5 days, depending on how much it is used.5) A huge bonus is the shock points are removable!
